LIM creates and runs programs to develop leaders in organizations undergoing change. These programs generally run for 2-4 sessions, are spread over a period of several months and are held wherever the client does business.

CORE: Corporate Responsibility Program

LIM’s CORE: Corporate Responsibility Program can help you grapple with this new business imperative as we develop the new leadership attitudes and behaviors among your high potentials. We co-design programs focused on developing the competencies that senior management has determined as crucial to the company’s viability. These high potentials will present solutions to the questions posed by CSR while they are developing their leadership skills.
