LIM's Mission

Leadership in International Management LLC (LIM), is an organizational consulting firm dedicated to developing global business leaders.

To do this, we use a special process called Action Reflection Learning (ARL), a unique lever for change that combines personal, professional, team, organization and business development.

The ARL process is specifically designed to meet the business needs of organizations that want to be truly global in their reach, performance and skills.

LIM, itself a global system, works with companies around the world, and has consulted with organizations in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Our network includes allies in the USA and Sweden and license relationships in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Singapore.

Altogether there are over 35 trained Learning Coaches within LIM's global network.
