The LIM Approach to Leadership Development

LIM is dedicated to developing global business leaders. Globalization is a fact, and the rapidly changing global business environment requires leaders with new mindsets, behaviors and competencies.

To support the professional development of these new leaders, LIM uses a special process called Action Reflection Learning - ARL, a unique lever for change that combines personal, professional, team, organization and business development.
