Willie C. Anderson, Partner, joined LIM after a variety of management positions at Amoco and BP Amoco where he successfully implemented several major change efforts including performance management, supplier alliances, diversity, cost leadership and college recruiting.

Willie led the following departments during his tenure: refining operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, project management, alliances and procurement.

Through 20 years of management experience he was a talented Leader/Coach at Amoco and now has become a LIM Learning Coach working with teams and leaders.

Willie organized LIM's Learning Coach Certification Program and has helped develop LIM's Making Mergers Work array of services.

Willie holds an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BSME from the University of Virginia. He also is a licensed professional engineer.
