Vivien Pau has over 25 years' management, marketing, coaching and training experience across a broad range of industries including e-commerce, market research and retail banking. She was the CEO of a leading e-commerce business in Hong Kong, where she started and built the business with no established industry model to follow. When she left the business, it was the largest Chinese e-commerce business in Hong Kong with a high performing team, an established infrastructure and a growing customer base worldwide.

Vivien was also the Director of Change Management of ACNielsen, Asia Pacific and Managing Director of ACNielsen, Hong Kong & China for over 6 years. At ACNielsen, Vivien built the business at double digit rate every year, and improved the efficiency of the operation processes. Within 12 months, the company more than doubled its net profit, while boosting customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction at the same time. She also redefined the position and servicing need for the business in China and established the foundation of the sound business model today. She was heavily involved in the sourcing, selection and development of senior professional talents. At the height of the business, she managed over 250 full time employees of over 8 nationalities in over 5 cities. During that period, the company also went through a major acquisition, a substantial reorganization and culture change. She spent significant time coaching executives at all levels to help improve their effectiveness.

Vivien has also worked in Colliers Jardine as the Regional Marketing Director of Asia Pacific, and the Head of Retail Bank Marketing in Citibank, NA (Hong Kong) when the bank was a recognized leader and pioneer in innovative products and marketing.

This management experience enables Vivien to appreciate and manage first hand the specific challenges organizations face in managing and developing a multi-cultural workforce, corporate alignment, culture change and post merger integration.

Vivien has an MBA (Part-time Program) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The University of Hong Kong. She has worked and lived in North America for over 4 years.

Steve Payne, LIM Asia. Steve, a resident of Hong Kong for 25 years, has managed businesses in most major Asian cities. His work experience include assignments in India, South Korea, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the Philippines. He has opened offices in most of these countries and also hired personnel to operate them. Steve has also been personally involved in mergers / acquisitions, where he was on the management team of the firm being taken over and has applied this experience in assisting other clients with mergers and acquisition issues. He has consulted with management teams in the development of business plans, and in establishing the necessary framework for country start-up organizations. Steve has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
