An ARL program is not a pre-packaged training workshop. It is a unique process that is custom designed for each client. Each program has these characteristics:

• personal learning objectives for participants

• a real business problem that is the vehicle for learning

• participants working in small teams to developing solutions to the business problems, solutions that frequently result in increased revenues, or cost savings.

• participants receiving feedback from a Learning Coach, and from team members, as they develop critical thinking, action-oriented planning, effective decision making processes, feedback skills, and a personal theory of leadership and management.
