What Differentiates ARL Programs From Others?

An
ARL program is not a pre-packaged training workshop. It is a
unique process that is custom designed for each client. Each program
has these characteristics:

personal learning objectives for participants
-
a
real business problem that is the vehicle for learning

participants working in small teams to developing solutions to the
business problems, solutions that frequently result in increased
revenues, or cost savings.

participants receiving feedback from a Learning Coach, and from
team members, as they develop critical thinking, action-oriented
planning, effective decision making processes, feedback skills,
and a personal theory of leadership and management.
