Ernie Turner, President
and Partner, has thirty years of experience, working with
a wide variety of international corporations in developing
high-performing teams and leaders, managing organizational
change, making mergers work and executive coaching. He
has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe
and North America. Ernie is the author of the lntelitec
Program Planning Guide: The Team Approach and has co-authored
articles on teamwork and Action Reflection Learning for
the American Management Association Management Review
and the ASTD Journal. Ernie has an MA in Educational Administration
from City College in New York and a BA in English Literature
from Wheaton College.

Tony Pearson, Partner,
brings twenty years of line management experience to his
consulting and coaching work in organizational change,
leadership and team development and gender work. Tony
has helped companies in Asia, Eastern and Western Europe
and Africa to improve the skills of managers at all levels.
He has been a presenter at the national conferences of
the American Management Association, the Organization
Development Network and the American Society for Training
and Development. His writing has been published in Training
& Development. Tony has an MA in Organizational Psychology
from Teacher's College, Colombia University and a BA from
Oxford University, England, in French and Italian Literature.

Isabel
Rimanoczy, Partner, is
LIM's
Regional Manager for Latin America, and is the founding
member of
LIM,
Argentina. She has worked in North America, Latin America
and Europe with multinational corporations in the areas
of organizational analysis and diagnosis, change and transition
management, recruitment, coaching and executive development.
Her writings have appeared in North American, South American
and European business magazines. Isabel received a degree
in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and
an MBA from the University of Palermo. She is a former
professor in Human Resources for the master's program
at the University of Belgrano, Buenos Aires.

Willie C. Anderson,
Partner, joined
LIM after a variety of management positions at Amoco and BP
Amoco where he successfully implemented several major
change efforts including performance management, supplier
alliances, diversity, cost leadership and college recruiting.
Willie led the following departments during his tenure:
refining operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection,
project management, alliances and procurement. Through
20 years of management experience he was a talented Leader/Coach
at Amoco and now has become a
LIM
Learning Coach working with teams and leaders. Willie
has organized and now manages
LIM's
Learning Coach Certification Program and has helped develop
LIM's
Making Mergers Work array of services. Willie holds an
MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BSME from
the University of Virginia. He also is a licensed professional
engineer.

Mauricio
Cardenas, Associate, is the former Director of the
Business and Community Development Extension Program at
the lnstituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico D.F. campus.
He was Director of Organizational Studies and the Human
Resource Management Graduate Program at Los Andes University
Business School in Bogota, Colombia. Mauricio is also
a visiting faculty at the Bryan School of Business at
the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. In the private
sector, he has consulted with companies in the oil, pharmaceutical,
electrical appliances, banking, dairy products and food
marketing industries. He received an MA in Latin American
Studies at Ohio University and an MA in Technology and
Modernization/International Studies from the University
of Denver.

Beena Sharma, in her last executive position, was
Group Vice President, Management Learning and Development, with a
large conglomerate of businesses in India.
Beena, having been a Practice Leader in Whole-system Change efforts,
and Large Scale Interactive Processes during her consulting years,
brings with her significant experience in facilitating
organizational development, including change strategies, and
designing and anchoring change efforts.
A British Council Scholar from India in the field of developing
Thinking Skills and proficient in the teaching of Creativity, Beena
is currently a certified Learning Coach and actively works with LIM
in consulting assignments as well as helping develop the LIM
business in the North America region.

Lynn H. Gray, Associate,
has worked with large systems change over the last 30
years. He has pioneered education reforms in NYC and other
urban centers involving administrators, teachers, parents,
students, unions, community, political and business stakeholders
in forging coalitions and partnerships that work. In the
process Lynn has developed innovative leadership development,
team development and organization development programs
and has personally coached many future leaders along the
way. One of Lynn's strengths is his ability to help others
see the "big picture" and mobilize energy and enthusiasm
for change. Lynn has been instrumental in developing
LIM's
Making Mergers Work array of services. Lynn holds an M
Div. Degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and a
BA in philosophy and sociology from Wheaton College.

Ana Emilia
Ruby B. Palma, Consultant,
LIM
Asia-Philippines, Ruby Palma finished her Business Degree in
Economics from the University of the Philippines, Dolman, and
Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo De Manila
University in the Philippines. She also took short-term post degree
management courses from IMD in Switzerland.
Ruby Palma is seasoned Human Resource professional with demonstrated
and recognized strengths in organizational development (OD) and
strategic learning and development (l&d). She played a key role in
the development and management of an Outstanding Personnel Program
awarded by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines
in 1998. Shortly before doing active consulting, she served as
Regional Learning and Development Director AstraZeneca in Asia
Pacific where she designed the strategic learning agenda, ensuring
robust development options for 14 markets in the region, while
contributing to the L&D initiatives globally through proactive
involvement in the Global L&D network of the company. She shows
solid track record in both specialist & generalist roles in the
Pharmaceutical industry. Previous to her role in the Asian Region,
she was Human Resource Director of the Philippine operations. In
this role, she played a strategic part in the merger and integration
of two and drove the “evolution” of the new culture, led and
navigated change, designed employee communication strategies, and
managed a 20-strong HR and Admin team. After having been exposed to
the Action Reflection Learning of LIM in 2002, she has focused her
efforts in setting up propagating the approach in LIM Philippines.
Currently, she conducts workshops, one-on-one and team coaching with
managers and employees. A big picture thinker, expertise include a
keen sensitivity and ability to develop and motivate high performing
teams, develop leader-coaches, coach executives, coach people in
transition, and a flair for understanding individual &
organizational values that season the HR function.

LATIN AMERICA
Ronald Waugh,
LIM
Partner, has been working since 1999 to support
LIM's
global and Latin American leadership development efforts
from his base in Santiago, Chile. Born and raised in the
United States, Ron has worked extensively in Europe, where
was a senior executive in a large, global manufacturing
concern, responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and
Strategic Planning. He has significant experience with
organizational change and organizational culture, and
was part of an executive team that successfully led the
company through a global reorganization, a change of shareholder,
and then through a major acquisition. Other key accomplishments
include designing and leading leadership and team development
programs in both Europe and Latin America. Ron received
his MBA from Harvard University.

David Gleiser,
Psychologist, supports organizations in the development of their
capacity to learn and change as well as to manage conflict, so that
their people grow and business challenges are solved. Recently left
Bayer where he held tenure as Director of HR for the Andean Region.
Has been trainer in negotiation and conflict management for several
organizations and is the director of Spanish Language curriculum in
negotiation for DRRC at the Kellogg School of Management in
Northwestern University. Teaches Negotiation for the Graduate
Management Programs at CESA (Bogotá) and at ESPOL (Guayaquil).
Taught Organizational Behavior and Negotiation at Universidad de los
Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), and developed the core course in
Negotiations for the Top Management program at the School of
Business in Universidad de los Andes. His interest and skill in
cross-cultural communication led him to serve for the advisory
committee for the Development of the America´s Simulation Program
for the ICONS (International Communication and Negotiation
Simulations) at the School of Government and Political Science of
the University of Maryland in College Park. Participated in SoL’s
(Society of Organizational Learning) Core Course and later was the
steward for the SoL Fractal in Colombia. Obtained advanced coaching
certification with Newfield Network (Chile) and has been trained in
coaching for innovation (SIT, Israel). Became certified as
Ontological Coach with Newfield Consulting (with the sponsorship of
ITESM) and has served as Certifying Coach for that organization in
the Andean region. Became certified as Learning Coach with LIM Ltd.
and has been involved in coaching projects for LIM as a Learning
Coach (Merck and Zamorano). Has acted as visiting professor in
Negotiations for Universidad ICESI (both in Cali and Medellín,
Colombia), Universidad San Buenaventura (Cali, Colombia), Escuela
Politécnica del Litoral (Guayaquil, Ecuador) and recently also at
CESA (Bogotá, Colombia). This interest and skill in Negotiations is
combined with an equivalent involvement in Change Management and in
Developing Learning Programs in Organizations.

Ricardo Escobar, Country
Manager, Mexico Centro / Mexico City, has worked extensively
throughout Latin America as an organizational consultant
and developer of human resources. Born in Colombia, his
consulting work has taken him to Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia,
Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and Venezuela. A partial client
listing includes Coca-Cola, Schering Plough, KPMG, Skytel,
Chrysler, and Hewlett Packard, . His line management experiences
include positions of Sales manager and General Manager.
Ricardo's specialization in process reengineering, accelerated
learning, and creativity applied to problem solving have
made him a sought after keynote speaker at conferences
for the last 10 years. He is co-author of the book 'Creatividad
en el Servicio', published by McGraw Hill 1996, and graduated
in Humanities at AMHA Foundation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
