Ernie Turner, President and Partner, has
thirty years of experience, working with a wide variety of international
corporations in developing high-performing teams and leaders, managing
organizational change, making mergers work and executive coaching.
He has
lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America.
Ernie is the author of the lntelitec Program Planning Guide: The Team
Approach and has co-authored articles on teamwork and Action Reflection Learning for the American Management Association Management Review and the ASTD
Journal.
Ernie has an MA in Educational Administration
from City College in New York and a BA in English Literature from Wheaton
College. |

Isabel Rimanoczy, Partner, is a Legacy Coach and LIM's Coordinator
for Latin America. She has worked in North America, Latin America, Asia and
Europe with multinational corporations in the areas of organizational
analysis and diagnosis, change and transition management, recruitment,
coaching and executive development.
She is a former professor
of Human Resources for the master's program at the University of Belgrano,
Buenos Aires and has been invited as visiting professor for the Master in
Sustainability program at the Universidad Tres de Febrero, in Buenos Aires,
to be launched in 2007.
Isabel is currently
pursuing her doctorate in Adult and Organizational Learning at Columbia
University. She received a degree in Psychology from the University of
Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of Palermo. She is fluent in
Spanish, English, German, French, and Portuguese. |

Mauricio Cardenas, Associate, is the former
Director of the Business and Community Development Extension Program at the
lnstituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico D.F. campus.
He was Director of Organizational Studies and the Human Resource
Management Graduate Program at Los Andes University Business School in
Bogota, Colombia. Mauricio is also a visiting faculty at the Bryan School of
Business at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
In the private sector, he has consulted with companies in the oil,
pharmaceutical, electrical appliances, banking, dairy products and food
marketing industries. He received an MA in Latin American Studies at Ohio
University and an MA in Technology and Modernization/International Studies
from the University of Denver. |

Beena Sharma
Vilas, in her last executive position, was Group Vice President,
Management Learning and Development, with a large conglomerate of businesses
in India.
Beena, having been a Practice Leader in
Whole-system Change efforts, and Large Scale Interactive Processes during
her consulting years, brings with her significant experience in facilitating
organizational development, including change strategies, and designing and
anchoring change efforts.
A British Council Scholar from India in the
field of developing Thinking Skills and proficient in the teaching of
Creativity, Beena is currently a certified Learning Coach and actively works
with LIM in consulting assignments as well as helping develop the
LIM business in the North America
region. |
