Ernie Turner, Executive Chairman, has thirty years of experience, working with a wide variety of international corporations in developing high-performing teams and leaders, managing organizational change, making mergers work and executive coaching.

He has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America. Ernie is the author of the lntelitec Program Planning Guide: The Team Approach and has co-authored articles on teamwork and Action Reflection Learning for the American Management Association Management Review and the ASTD Journal.

Ernie has an MA in Educational Administration from City College in New York and a BA in English Literature from Wheaton College.

Willie C. Anderson, Director, joined LIM after a variety of management positions at Amoco and BP Amoco where he successfully implemented several major change efforts including performance management, supplier alliances, diversity, cost leadership and college recruiting.

Willie led the following departments during his tenure: refining operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, project management, alliances and procurement.

Through 20 years of management experience he was a talented Leader/Coach at Amoco and now has become a LIM Learning Coach working with teams and leaders.

Willie organized LIM's Learning Coach Certification Program and has helped develop LIM's Making Mergers Work array of services.

Willie holds an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BSME from the University of Virginia. He also is a licensed professional engineer.

Victor was a senior banker with a distinguished career through 25-years with HSBC Bank grounded in the foundational principles of integrity, competency, adaptability and reliability. Over the last 8 years, he built-up his own practice (VM Search Consultants) in executive search.

In recognition of Victor’s contributions in conceptualizing, developing and marketing of financial services in the Asia-Pacific region, he was conferred by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK, the “Fellow” status (FCIM), and their highest award. He was the first banker in Malaysia and Singapore to be given this accolade and the 29^th in the region. He also holds a post graduate diploma in marketing, from the CIM, the largest professional marketing body in Europe.
