Lynn H. Gray, Associate, has worked with large systems change over the last 30 years. He has pioneered education reforms in NYC and other urban centers involving administrators, teachers, parents, students, unions, community, political and business stakeholders in forging coalitions and partnerships that work. In the process Lynn has developed innovative leadership development, team development and organization development programs and has personally coached many future leaders along the way.

One of Lynn's strengths is his ability to help others see the "big picture" and mobilize energy and enthusiasm for change. Lynn has been instrumental in developing LIM's Making Mergers Work array of services.

Lynn holds an M Div. Degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and a BA in philosophy and sociology from Wheaton College.
